Aurora Settlement is also an ideal place for family gatherings, during which we also provide a fireplace room to accommodate a larger group. The Aurora Settlement's Jacuzzi cottages are a beautiful, year-round resort complex of three cottages. The names of our cottages are carefully thought out - Linen Cottage, Barbul Cottage and Lavender Cottage take their name from the vegetation surrounding each cottage. Our advantage is the arrangement of the individual cottages in a large garden area, which provides privacy and comfort for guests. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS The Aurora Settlement is located in the picturesque village of Miskkowice, at an altitude of 540 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and forests that invite you to explore. It is only 18 minutes away from Okraj Pass and Mala Upa - ideal starting points for trails leading to Skalny Stole, Jelenka and Snezka, among others. The area is a dream destination for lovers of active recreation. Here you will find numerous biking and walking trails, mountain trails and water attractions on Lake Bukowka. In nearby Paprotki begins the shortest route to Zadzierna (724 meters above sea level), from where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and the Hills of the Lubawska Gate. Fans of winter sports will appreciate the proximity of ski lifts - both on the Polish and Czech sides of the border. The Chernów SKI Superstation is just 12 minutes away, while the slopes in Mala Upa and the famous Trautenberk Brewery await just across the border. If you like sightseeing, be sure to explore the Land of Palaces and Gardens in the Jelenia Góra Basin - the palaces in Wojanow, Lomnica or Karpniki are real gems. For more peaceful days, we recommend relaxing in the brine graduation tower near the Settlement or having a picnic at Lake Bukowka. The area also attracts photographers and nature lovers. The forests around the Settlement hide berries, raspberries, and mushrooms in autumn. The variety of birds means that an ornithological camp is held in Miskkowice every year. COTTAGE DESCRIPTION In our cottages you will find everything you need to relax in comfort, surrounded by nature. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave or oven ( depending on the cottage). Next to it is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a comfortable corner sofa with a sleeping function (for 2 people) and large windows that open up a view of Lake Bukowka, Zadzierna and the surrounding mountains. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this level. On the first floor, three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people await, as well as an additional toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and medicated bedding to ensure a restful and restorative sleep. The cottage also offers a flat-screen TV (55 inches) with access to streaming platforms such as Disney+. The terraces of each cottage are the perfect place to relax - you'll find a ScandiSpa Finnish hot tub where you can relax in the warm water while enjoying views of the mountains and the starry sky at night. Warmth, comfort and proximity to nature - everything you need to slow down and enjoy the moment. Individual cottages differ from each other in the configuration of beds and the colors and furnishings used in the cottages. For longer stays we recommend the Lavender cottage, which is additionally equipped with a washing machine.
