Description
Kocimiętka is a complex of two buildings connected by a glass-enclosed patio. The first building features two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The second building houses a spacious living room with a kitchen and a walk-in closet. The living room features a sofa bed that sleeps two, an armchair that sleeps one, and a bed with pillows and a single mattress, allowing for a maximum of 8 guests. The most comfortable option is a stay for 4 people, when guests can use the two separate bedrooms, which are separated from the living and lounge areas. During the summer, the glass-enclosed patio serves as a covered outdoor dining area, creating a unique space for spending time together. The entire property is fenced and reserved exclusively for guests—you arrive as if to a private home. Kocimiętka is a wooden house with natural hardwood floors and furniture that delights with its cozy atmosphere. The living room features a large, glass-enclosed window with a unique view of the water. The interior is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—the bedrooms feature cozy bedding, the bathroom has cotton towels and eco-friendly toiletries, and the kitchen is stocked with high-quality ceramics and a full set of cooking utensils. Outside, there is a space designed for relaxation—a grill, outdoor cooking accessories, firewood with an axe, a spot for a bonfire, and a private gate leading directly to the water. The cottage is located on the Ostrowy nad Okszą reservoir, where a secluded beach lies just beyond the gate. In the shared area by the reservoir, there are gazebos with grills, a beach volleyball court, a playground for children, water equipment rentals, a bar, and a campground. During the summer season, on weekends, outdoor discos are also organized by the beach. There is also the option to organize a kayaking trip down the Liswarta River. This is the perfect place for those who appreciate beautiful views, being close to nature, and spending time together around a campfire. In the summer, wild strawberries and blueberries are a delight here; in the fall, you can go mushroom picking; and throughout the year, you can spot unique birds such as the black woodpecker, the hoopoe, or the oriole.
