Upstairs in the bedroom, there are two double beds for 4 people. The living room has a sofa bed for possibly two additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is located in the first waterfront line. The two-hectare wooded plot is exclusively at your disposal. The area is fully fenced, so you can safely come with a dog. A huge plot just for your exclusive use. Wonderful view of the reservoir from the terrace. A hammock, a good book, a bonfire, or perhaps a night bath under the stars in a wood-fired hot tub. An ideal place for gatherings, meetings with friends, or an intimate party. On-site, there is a fire pit for bonfires, a cast iron grill, and cooking accessories for cooking over the fire. Next door, there is a water equipment rental and a bar. During the season, there is an outdoor disco by the beach on weekends. In the area, you can go kayaking on the Liswarta River, visit a fish fry, and the Folwark Kamyk.
