La Biodiversa The Farm is a traditional olive farm that has been in our family since our great-grandfather Gabriel bought it in 1890. Our grandparents created a bakery and confectionery with the flour they obtained from this farm, which today is an international confectionery company. Our mother taught us to take care of the environment and today, my brother and I, with professional training in oils, obtain one of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world from this farm. We take care of the olive grove by maintaining a sustainable natural balance in which flora and fauna (biodiversity) come together to help us control pests in the olive grove. From this care of the flora and fauna (biodiversity) is born the project of LA BIODIVERSA OLIVE OIL. Our project offers experiences with guided tours in our olive grove, tastings in our physical headquarters in the center of the village and guided tours in our village. Our farm changes throughout the year, but what we have no doubt is that spending a few days at La Biodiversa The Farm is a luxury. You should keep in mind that it is a rustic farm and the services for accommodation are minimal, although we will try to offer you the best possible treatment. And also very important is that you must take care of the ecosystem and not generate any type of waste. We hope you find our farm and our environment interesting.
