Our rural house is located within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park, just 10 minutes from the Senda del Oso, 45 minutes from Oviedo, and an hour from the beaches of the Cantabrian Sea. Ideal for those looking to disconnect without giving up comfort. 🌿 The accommodation La Carrozal is a fully rented village house, decorated with care and a cozy style, perfect for families or small groups. It has two floors: 🛏️ On the upper floor: two bedrooms, a small living room with a sofa bed and TV. 🍳 On the ground floor: spacious kitchen with a fireplace, fully equipped with utensils and appliances; living room with a wood stove, sofa bed, and TV. Outside you will find a private porch with a barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. 🔥 Firewood is not included; you can bring your own or request a basket for an additional fee. 🐾 Pets welcome Pets are allowed as long as simple coexistence rules are followed. A one-time fee of €15 per stay. 🌄 What to do in the surroundings The area around La Carrozal is perfect for enjoying tranquility or experiencing outdoor adventures: Hiking and cycling routes along the Senda del Oso. Climbing, horseback riding, 4x4 routes, fishing, hunting, caving, and kayaking. Cultural visits: Cueva Huerta, Prehistory Park, Fresnedo Rock Paintings, Las Xanas Gorge, Marabio and San Lorenzo Ports, or the Montegrande Beech Forest.
