La Casina de Villar - Rural charm in the East of Asturias Our beautiful house La Casina de Villar is a cozy and excellent typical Asturian house located in Villar de Huergo, in the council of Piloña, in the East of Asturias. It is located in a perfect rural enclave, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, activities and services. La Casina de Villar is less than 10 minutes by car from Infiesto and Arriondas, villages with endless restaurants and services, as well as about 15 minutes from Cangas de Onis and about 20 minutes from the beaches of Ribadesella. All these destinations have a wide variety of services such as pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, stores as well as a variety of activities to do, from horseback riding, hiking trails for all ages, museum visits, wine tastings and / or local beers. Our house La Casina de Villar is located in a quiet rural village in the east of Asturias. It has intimacy and privacy as well as a solid and well-built construction, which gives it silence inside. La Casina de Villar was built in 1900 following the main architectural features of the time, originally having a stable, the main house and a small porch. Nowadays it has been completely renovated and modernized. Its distribution would be as follows: On the outside it has the small access porch with outdoor furniture, a large and sunny terrace on the second floor as well as also on this floor there is a cozy balcony. Inside, the house is distributed on two floors, on the first floor: a small hall from which comes the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen-dining room (fridge, oven, wood oven, Italian coffee maker, toaster, washing machine), this space connects with the cozy living room with large TV and decorative electric fireplace. Going up the wooden stairs we will find a small living room that distributes the two bedrooms (one double with a 135cm bed and the other with two single beds), the bathroom with shower, the balcony and the terrace with outdoor furniture and wonderful views of the Sierra del Sueve. Pets are allowed on request and a supplement of 5 euros per pet per night. It also has a crib on request.
