La Chumbera Blanca opens its doors to curious people from all over the world in search of a quiet, authentic and natural space to discover on the Mediterranean coast. The house has capacity for eight people but also accommodates travelers traveling alone or couples, in this case you will not have access to the entire property but only to a part of it. There is the possibility of long term rentals outside the summer months. THE SPACE AND SURROUNDINGS The garden has an abundance of shade and vegetation that evokes the feeling of being in an oasis in contrast to the desert landscape of the province of Almeria. At night, the stars shine thanks to its location free of light pollution. The house is located in a place of great natural beauty, very close to the beach and close to restaurants, stores and beach bars. Almeria has a mild climate all year round and one can swim from May to the end of October. INTERIORS The main living area includes a sitting room with TV and wood stove, a dining table for eight in front of a fireplace and a small library area with books in several languages. There is a stereo system. There is an open kitchen that has all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a four burner stove, a toaster, a coffee machine and a juicer among other things. As can be seen in the photos, there is a bar attached to the kitchen with some stools. This area communicates to a terrace and a patio. THE GARDEN In front of the house there is a long terrace with benches along the wall and a long table for outside dining. There are also two sofas and two smaller tables. The views from the terrace are towards the garden and the pool. The silence invites one to sit and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. There is a patio on the other side that leads to two bedrooms and the main living room. There is also a long bench that runs along the entire length of the patio with a round table in front of it. The pool area has eight loungers where you can relax and sunbathe, and there is a shower. There is a laundry room where everything you need to do a load of laundry is available. SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS There is an area to leave the cars in front of the house, it is not covered. There is a patio with benches and shade, in the evening it is delightful to sit and have a drink. From the patio there is access to the terrace which is huge and in summer is ideal for lying down to watch the stars. In the early morning and with sea views it is an ideal space to practice yoga or meditate. We have a porch in front of the kitchen with several sofas and a large table for eight for dinner or lunch, the porch also has a section of work benches with a low table. In the garden there are chairs and loungers for reading in the shade of a tree. OTHER HIGHLIGHTS If guests require extra cleaning service the owners can arrange it at an extra cost. We also provide extra towels and extra sheets at an additional cost.
