Casa Rural La Grana: A Refuge in the Heart of the Sierras Subbeticas Located in the heart of the Sierras Subbeticas Natural Park, Casa Rural La Grana is the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and comfort in a stunning natural environment. With excellent communication and access, the house is located next to the A-339 road, at the junction with the Provincial road CO-7209, which facilitates excursions to the beautiful surrounding areas. To access the house, you climb six steps and a small ramp, leading to a first floor that offers all the necessary comforts. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, fridge freezer and complete kitchenware for 10 people. The living room is cozy and warm, with an open fireplace, television, two splits of air conditioning, two armchairs and two sofas, plus a table for ten people. The house has six bedrooms, five of them with air conditioning, and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds of 1.35x1.90 m, one room is equipped with two single beds of 1.05x1.90 m, another room has a bed of 0.90 m, and the last one has a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a large terrace with outdoor table and chairs and an extendable awning, ideal for enjoying the views and fresh air. On the semi-basement floor, which is accessed from the outside, there is a games area with a ping-pong table, dartboard and various games, as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a basketball hoop, a covered porch next to the barbecue with sink, and a pool area of 10 x 5 m with access steps and solarium with four sun loungers. Privacy is guaranteed in this fully fenced property, especially in the pool area. From the house, the views are spectacular, with the main mountains of the natural park as a backdrop. The location is ideal for hiking trails, such as those leading to the Castillejo, Bernabé and Palancar springs, the nearby Palancar river, the trails to the Buitreras, the Sierra del Lobatejo, La Hoya de Priego and the Puente Califal. These routes will allow you to immerse yourself in nature and discover breathtaking landscapes. Water Activities: Less than half an hour from the house is the Iznájar Reservoir, one of the largest reservoirs in Andalusia, ideal for water sports such as kayaking, sailing and fishing. Cultural Tourism: The house is strategically located to visit several charming villages with great cultural and historical value. In Priego de Córdoba, just 19 km away, you can explore the Barrio de la Villa, the best Andalusian baroque in its churches, the Adarve and the Fuente del Rey. In Almedinilla, also 19 km away, you can visit one of the best preserved Roman villas in Andalusia and the ecomuseum of the Caicena River, as well as the waterfalls of Cola de Caballo and the Iberian settlement Cerro de la Cruz.
