When I found this house in 2020 and saw it for the first time, I knew we had to do everything to make it ours. And so it happened, after a long and arduous struggle, we succeeded. We became the happy owners of our dream cabin in the mountains. Lachówka - as we named our house (after the name of the village and the river that flows through it) is a larch cabin from 1974 built in the tradition of good, old carpentry. Located at an altitude of 533 m above sea level, along the trail leading to the student hostel "Adamy", at the foot of Solniska (849 m above sea level), the house is situated in an extraordinary area, far from the village and buildings. The only neighbors there are wild animals. If you want to escape the city, hide from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and take a break from people - this is the perfect place for you. It is also an excellent base for many picturesque hikes - you can set off from there, for example, to the highest local peak - Jałowiec (1111 m above sea level). You cannot reach Lachówka with a regular city car; only a 4x4 vehicle can handle the Beskid mud. However, you have the option to park your car in the village - at the trailhead, 800 m from the house, or at the OSP - 1.5 km away. If you need help transporting heavy luggage, we offer support with our vehicle, which handles difficult access conditions perfectly. In the house, you will find: - A living room with a corner sofa and a fireplace that heats the entire house, - A fully equipped kitchen with a tiled stove that creates an amazing atmosphere and warmth on cooler days, - A bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating, - On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds and non-convertible sofas. The third bedroom is under renovation (an additional bathroom will be created there), so we do not officially make it available, but if necessary, you can use the two single beds located there. Lachówka still has many imperfections related to its age and long-term use, but we are constantly working to improve the standard and comfort of living. It is undoubtedly a house with a soul, and the atmosphere prevailing in it and around it makes everyone leave there relaxed and charged with positive energy. The time spent among larch beams in the midst of wild nature is unforgettable, and anyone who has been to Lachówka wants to return. Unfortunately, due to allergies, we cannot accept kittens under our roof. All other pets are welcome to feel at home, with no additional fees. The property is fenced.
