L’histoire du Clos Giot est celle d’un retour aux sources, né des aléas de la vie. En 2015, après le décès de ma mère, j’ai décidé de quitter l’effervescence parisienne, où je vivais depuis 17 ans, afin de restaurer et réhabiliter cette ancienne ferme. Situé dans le Cotentin, terre encore authentique et sauvage, cette micro ferme, abrite des animaux de races patrimoniales, moutons, volailles, canards, oies et lapins.
