In our summer residence in the color of the sky, designed using childhood memories and inspirations from our travels in Asia, we will host you in a beautiful house with minimalist accents, a panoramic window overlooking the lake, and a private infrared sauna. The vast waters of Lake Janowskie are just 50 meters from your beds, making it a world-class rarity. The view from the porch is breathtaking, showcasing rustling birches and the lake in full painterly splendor. At the back of the house, you have a perspective of a golden field and a green forest. SLEEPING (House for 8+2 people: 75 m2) * 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) for 2 people, * 1 loft bedroom (open space) with 1 bed (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people, * 1 panorama bedroom with 2 beds (1.40x2.00m) for 4 people - here there is the possibility of adding a travel cot for a little one, * in the living room, there is an option to sleep on a fold-out sofa (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - sauna - romantic terrace with a view of the lake, - bed linen and towels, - Wi-Fi internet and Bluetooth speaker, - television, - hairdryer, - board games, - stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and double kayak (from spring to autumn), - direct shoreline, - upon request, we will prepare a baby cot and high chair, - underfloor heating, - 1 box of firewood for free, subsequent boxes for an additional fee (25 PLN/box), - also included are deer, wild boars, and millions of stars. ADDITIONAL FEES (payable by bank transfer): - deposit: paid by bank transfer before arrival: 500 PLN (will be refunded within 3 days) - cleaning for pets: 100 PLN/stay - firewood: 1 box for free, next one for an additional 25 PLN, - dinner and breakfast (payable on-site in cash): we also offer "on wheels" dinners. The dishes will be prepared by our hostess at home (on the same day, fresh) and delivered warm to guests at the agreed time. Reservations should be made about 24 hours before dinner (During the holiday season, the prices of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are higher than usual. Please contact us before making a reservation for current prices.) - HOT TUB: 800 PLN/2 nights including wood. Payable before arrival. HOUSE RULES: Before arrival, the house rules must be accepted/signed by the tenant of the property.
