The farmhouse is located between two valleys of crops and mountains and borders the beautiful river Molinell. The house is surrounded by 70.000m of land. The views from the farmhouse follow the course of the river Molinell flanked by a poplar grove and extend along the valley. The house has different outdoor areas with different furniture; from tables with outdoor chairs perfect for breakfast or dinner under the stars to sun loungers located on a sun terrace next to the irrigation pool converted into a swimming pool. The interior is in keeping with the charm of the Culla landscape. The house is fully equipped with heating, TV, DVD, stereo, everything you need in the kitchen, cozy bedding, two bathrooms, three spacious double bedrooms, living room with open fireplace and kitchen with central table and wood oven. It also has an outdoor barbecue and a centenary fig tree that from April to October provides shade to the natural terrace at the door of the house.
