Dear Guests, Masuria Lakehouse is an intimate guesthouse located on a picturesque peninsula between the Ulowki and Laśmiady lakes. It is a place created for adults and families with children over 10 years of age who want to relax surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer a space to calm down, breathe and get in touch with nature, with direct access to the lake, extensive private grounds and a beach perfect for sunsets. 🏡 Guesthouse and Hosts Our guesthouse is looked after by Ewa and Radek - hosts who are present on site, ready to answer questions and help in any situation. Ewa also runs the Beyond Therapy holistic therapy office, which is located in the guesthouse building. If you would like a massage or therapy session, please contact us in advance: tel. 515 379 708 🍳 Food - Buffet breakfast is served daily in the guesthouse dining room at 9:00 am - included in the price of your stay. - Lunches are served at 16:00 - every day a different, freshly prepared dish of the day with a touch of culinary fantasy. Cost: 100 PLN/person (soup + main course+dessert). Please order in advance - at least 2 days in advance, preferably when booking. In the message, please indicate the preferred version: traditional or vegetarian. We do not serve specialized diets (lactose-free, gluten-free, diabetic, etc.) - Alternatively, you can visit nearby restaurants in Elk (20-minute drive) or seasonal Bar pod Grusza in Stare Juchy (7-minute drive). 🌿 Terrain and Nature - The guesthouse is located on a 35-acre private property with access to a lake, two beaches (grassy and sandy) and a network of mowed walking paths. - Guests of the guesthouse are free to use most of the grounds, including the beach, campfire and common areas. For the sake of peace and intimate atmosphere in the glamping area, the hill and the sandy beach have been designated for adults only. Children are cordially invited to enjoy the area's other attractions, including the grass beach, paths and the campfire area. Thank you for respecting this rule. 🌊 Lake and Activities - Access to the lake and two beaches - grassy (water equipment) and sandy (quiet zone). - In the price of your stay we provide: 🚣 3 kayaks, 🛶 6 SUP boards, 🚲 1 water bike. - Fishing on the pier is possible after purchasing a permit from a local fish farm (Elk). 🔥 Campfire and Barbecue - Campfire site at the grassy beach. The desire to light a bonfire must be reported to the staff. The cost of preparing and lighting a bonfire is 100 PLN. - The grill is located in the courtyard of the guesthouse. To use it, please call in advance: 733 320 360. - Use of the grill shed is free of charge if you use your own accessories (coals, trays, plates, etc.). - Possibility to rent a barbecue set - 50 PLN (plates, cups, cutlery and charcoal/wood) Price up to 4 persons. - Please leave the place in order and respect the comfort of other guests using the barbecue shelter or campfire. 🐾 Pets Although we love animals, we do not accept guests with pets. Two German Shepherds - Rex and Wolf, our friends and guardians of the property, live with us at Masuria. They are friendly, energetic and eager to please. We will be happy to inform you how to handle them to make it an enjoyable time for all. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this decision. ❤️ Rooms In our guesthouse we offer 10 cozy double rooms in various configurations, including 2 two-room suites for 4 people. Some of the rooms have single beds with the possibility of combining them into a double bed, and some are single beds without such a possibility. Several rooms also have double beds. Please let us know in advance which configuration you prefer - it will make it easier for us to prepare your stay. However, we can not guarantee a specific room as their number is limited and the choice may already be limited on the day of booking. 🚗 Parking and arrival - Parking is located right next to the guesthouse building and is free of charge. - Please inform us by text message of your scheduled arrival time. 🕒 Check-in and Check-out - Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00 (early arrival possible - to be arranged the day before). - Check-out: until 11:00 am. "Check-in after 20:00" Please be advised that the standard check-in hours at our guesthouse are from 15:00 to 20:00. If you arrive after this hour, an additional fee of 350 PLN will be charged. This fee is due to the need to provide personalized service outside the regular hours of our guesthouse and to respect the schedule of our team. Thank you for your understanding and please inform us in advance if you plan a late arrival. 📅 Reservations and Refunds - Refund of full reservation amount possible up to 7 days before scheduled arrival.
