Our house, My Reyna, is a fully self-contained accommodation offering the utmost comfort in the quiet village of Lada, in Langreo, just 25 minutes from Oviedo and half an hour from the beaches of Gijón. As such, it is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and tranquility, yet with the utmost comfort in a home equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a parking area, barbecue, swimming pool, enclosed garden, and magnificent, unobstructed views of the mountains. Casa My Reyna features a spacious, fully enclosed garden surrounding the entire house; at the front there is a parking area, while at the back you’ll find the pool and outdoor shower, the barbecue, outdoor dining area, sofas, and lounge chairs, as well as views of the mountains. Inside, the house is laid out on a single floor, featuring a spacious living-dining room with a chaise longue-style sofa, flat-screen TV, high-end sound system, and access to the terrace. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, and microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a large range hood, as well as a Krups capsule coffee machine and an Italian espresso machine. All the necessary kitchenware and tableware for a perfect stay are organized in the drawers and on the kitchen island. As for the four bedrooms, they are all double rooms with access to the outside: the first bedroom has a 2-meter double bed, a private walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and hydromassage shower; the second and third bedrooms each have a 1.5-meter bed, a desk, and their own exterior access; they share another large walk-in closet and have a full bathroom with a toilet, hydromassage shower, and two sinks; finally, the fourth bedroom, with a 1.5-meter bed located on the other side of the living-dining room, features private exterior access, a built-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and heating systems are provided for the colder months of the year. Pets are also allowed upon request for an additional fee of €5 per pet per night. My Reyna is a home built and decorated with care and love, designed to be enjoyed surrounded by nature and magnificent views.
