Relax in a modern cottage located in a quiet village of Sady, near Wroclaw and Swidnica. With us you will benefit from the health properties of the sauna, and the cozy decor and bio-fireplace will put you in a positive mood. We offer our guests a barn-type house with underfloor heating and air conditioning, with an area of about 50 m2, which is designed for up to 6 people. On the first floor there is: - fully equipped kitchen and the necessary household appliances (espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer), - smart TV with access to Netflix, as well as an x-box console, - a round table that can be unfolded if necessary, - sofa with sleeping function, - bio-fireplace, - closet for clothes and shoes, - a bookshelf with books, board games and toys for the little ones. On the mezzanine there are: - two separate bedrooms with 140x200 beds. Thanks to glass doors you can wake up with a view of the mountains (there are blinds for those who value privacy), - a place to work (desk and chair). In the bathroom: - shower cubicle and toilet, - finnish sauna for 4 people. There is also a 25 m2 terrace with garden furniture, further down the plot there is a playground for children, as well as a place for a bonfire. The area is fenced. The spacious garden of 23 acres will allow contact with nature, and the beautiful view of Mt. Sleza will help to reset the mind. We accept small pets. We invite all who want to calm down in nature, drink coffee in the company of birds singing and enjoy the beautiful mountain views!
