Osada Roztoki is a new, comfortable cottage located in a beautiful location in Koscielisko with a view of Giewont, Czerwone Wierchy and other peaks of the Western Tatras. A stone's throw from two of the most famous Tatra valleys-Koscieliska and Chochołowska. The area is quiet, peaceful and plenty of space for active recreation. Our cottage is created out of love for nature and Rocky Podhale. You will find in it everything you need for a perfect holiday at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. It is a successful marriage of the architectural style pioneered by Stanislaw Witkiewicz with exclusive finishing, which will guarantee you an incredible comfort of stay. Already from the doorstep it will greet you with the incredible smell of wood, delight with its wonderful design and envelop you in comfort, guaranteeing unforgettable moments spent with your loved ones. On the first floor you will find an entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with direct access to a larch view terrace. On the first floor you will find three cozy bedrooms. The first with a covered viewing balcony, a double bed, 140 cm wide, and a sofa bed. The second with a beautiful triangular window overlooking the nearby glades, and in it a double bed, 160 cm wide, with the possibility of extending to two single beds. The third, with the largest double bed, 180 cm wide, with the possibility of extending to two single beds - in good weather with a view of Babia Góra. In the area, in addition, of course, to the Tatra National Park, you will find plenty of scenic routes that will delight you even more than many of the trails in the Tatras, such as the glades of Plasowka, Cieplowka and Mietlowka in Koscielisko. A short walk from the settlement separates you from the famous highland beach - a place where two streams (Chocholowski and Kirowa Woda) merge to form the Czarny Dunajec - so beach chairs in hand! If you love horses it's also great - they pass by us every day because not far away is the Consul Stud Farm. You ask, and what about in the winter ? In the immediate vicinity there are three ski slopes - Biały Potok, Witow Ski and Szymoszkowa, and 500 m from the Settlement - the Biathlon Stadium and kilometers of well-prepared cross-country ski trails.
