Description
I was built in the 1980s with my own hands by the owner of the plot. However, my fate went in a completely different direction and I was never inhabited. I passed from hand to hand, until in 2022 I came across Asia, who decided to give me a new life. She threw out all the old walls, put in big windows, removed most of the floor and here I am - Mr. Brda 2.0. I am a year-round, wooden eco house. I was insulated with mineral wool. I heat myself with a heat pump. I have 95m2 and I am a 6 - person house, although I can fit up to 8 people. I have two bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine. From it I have a view of the sky and the tall pine trees growing nearby. In the middle stands a Japanese bed measuring 180 x 200m. Walking down the staircase, which it's worth noting is the only interior part of the house that has been restored, we enter a large open space heavily lit by large windows and a glass door leading out to the terrace. This space is the heart of the house. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a folding table for 6, and a living room with a beautiful mustard-colored velour sofa bed and a huge strelitzia. That's not the only plant in the house, there are plenty of them! Heading down the hallway, you enter the bathroom, which has Spanish stoneware with distinctive patterns on the floor. In it you'll find a toilet, a sink, a washing machine and a large double shower with a rain shower head. Across the hall, you'll find a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 Japanese bed, and an open dressing room. My greatest asset, however, is the terrace, which is 35m2 and you can use it for many different activities. It is a natural extension of the house on beautiful summer days. As standard, you will always find clean, fragrant towels and white linen bedding. What else am I looking forward to? Next to me will be a sauna and a hot tub! I hope to be able to finish everything when the first frosts appear. Stay tuned!
