I am a year-round, quite large BRDA-type house with a sauna and a hot jacuzzi. I stand right by the lake! I have 95m2 and can accommodate 6 people, although up to 8 can fit. I have two bedrooms, one of which is in a loft. From there, I have a view of the sky and the tall pines growing nearby. In the middle, there is a Japanese bed measuring 180 x 200m. Going down the stairs, we enter a large, open space brightly lit by huge windows and glass doors leading to the terrace. This space is the heart of the house. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a folding table for 6 people, and a living room with a beautiful, velvety, fold-out mustard-colored sofa and a huge strelitzia. This is not the only plant in the house; there are plenty of them! Heading towards the hallway, we enter the bathroom, which features Spanish tiles with bold patterns on the floor. You will find a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, and a large, two-person shower with a rain showerhead. On the other side of the hallway, you will find a two-person bedroom with a Japanese bed measuring 160 x 200, and an open wardrobe. However, my greatest asset is the terrace, which is 35m2 and can be used for many different activities. It is a natural extension of the house on beautiful summer days. As a standard, you will always find clean, fragrant towels, bathrobes, and white bed linen. For those wanting to spend active time, there are two bicycles available for exploring the area and a SUP to jump into the nearby lake in the summer! Are you coming? <3
