Ponikwa 36 is a unique place on the map of the Sudetenland, created for those who want to combine the comfort of a modern home with proximity to nature. Located in a small quiet village, away from the neighbors, the house is surrounded by a vast, fenced area exclusively at the disposal of guests. This is the perfect space for a family vacation or a gathering of friends - away from the hustle and bustle, in the peace and quiet of mountain nature. A spacious living room with a panoramic view of the mountains and a large kitchen with a family table invite you to spend time together. The house offers as many as seven comfortable bedrooms (two 2+2 studios and three 2-person rooms), six bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Additional features include a sauna, gym, billiard room and children's playroom - there is something for everyone, regardless of age. Outside, a well-maintained garden awaits with a barbecue and fire pit, a trampoline and a playground. This is an excellent base for biking and hiking on the surrounding trails - we especially recommend a visit to the nearby PTTK Jagodna. The area is also home to spa parks and scenic spots that will delight lovers of active recreation. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, private parking and numerous amenities, such as high-end kitchen facilities, plenty of towels, mosquito nets in the windows and comfortable beds. The house is family-friendly with children - cribs are available upon request, and a playroom will keep the little ones entertained. Ponikwa36 house is where I was born and spent the first 20 years of my life. Living a rural life in accordance with nature and the rhythm of the seasons. Helping out on the farm was one big school of diligence and responsibility, which now, after another 20 years, I use in my personal and professional life. For a period of time my paths with Ponikva parted, but less than five years ago the place came to mind again, when I had to decide with my loved ones what to do next with the family home, which suddenly became empty. We longed to make it vibrant again, and that's how the idea for "Ponikwa36 - a house for vacation in the mountains" was born. Of course, everything did not happen on its own. The house needed general renovation and adjustment to meet the needs of groups of a dozen people, often with a bunch of children of different ages. After almost two years of intensive work, in the spring of 2023, we put our house in your hands. Since then, quite a lot of time has passed and many guests have visited our thresholds, and we still treat each subsequent reservation as if it were the first one :-) You are most welcome!
