Our Marina is located on the lake, on a plot of 1500m2. Located 15m from its own shoreline on which there is a beach, a 12m long pier. The house with a usable area of 600m2 we rent for up to 35 people. In the basement there is a 4-bedded room with bathroom, a 5-bedded apartment with kitchenette and bathroom (equipped with a travel crib, a baby bath, an eating chair), a playground, a cinema and conference room. From the room and from the apartment there is direct access to the outdoor playground. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a pool table, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining room, a 10mx4m swimming pool with a bar in the water overlooking the lake and an exit to the terrace , a sauna, a toilet and a shower. From the first floor there is an exit to the terrace where there is garden furniture and barbecue. On the second floor there are 5 rooms, four 4-bed rooms (each with bathroom), one 3-bed room and a mini gym. The house is designed in an industrial style. The grounds include a fireplace, a playground with a trampoline, slide, swings and sandbox, a tree house. There are two rowboats, a pedal boat (4-person), 2 canoes (more can be rented), a cabin yacht for guests with a patent. The entire property is illuminated, partially wooded and there are 10 parking spaces. The house is located 700m from the forest, 2km from the nearest store, 800m from the bar. Nearby there are 2 horse studs, beautiful biking and walking trails. The house is ideal for outings with family and friends, special events and team building events.
