Our house is designed for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. The house is fully equipped and ready for relaxation. There is only one house on the property, which provides guests with incredible comfort and privacy. The very large, fenced plot of 5000m2 ensures that everyone will find a place for themselves. A huge advantage is the large, covered terrace, hot tub (additional charge), a place for a bonfire, a grill, as well as accessories like hammocks, deck chairs, bicycles, board games, and outdoor games, plus a playground for children. We have a library with a large selection of books perfect for the weekend. On cool evenings, you can warm up by the fireplace. We accept pets. There is a pond on the property. The house is located by the Narew River (about 50 meters from the property), where the sunsets are breathtaking, and the gentle descent allows for swimming on summer days. The location among the forest, very close to a vast meadow, allows for close contact with nature. Beautiful, idyllic surroundings and ideal areas for walking. In our village, there is an opportunity to organize a kayaking trip. We provide 5 bicycles for adults and 3 children's bikes, as well as a bike seat for a small child. The area is perfect for cycling trips. There are 8 exercise mats on site. For children, we have a travel cot, high chair, toys, books, and a large selection of cartoons on DVD (there is a small TV in the house that only plays DVDs) available upon request. The playground visible from the terrace will allow children to have a great time while parents enjoy a delicious coffee from the espresso machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have access to a coffee machine and an air fryer. The fee for using the hot tub is 300 PLN for the entire stay. We do not rent the house for bachelorette or bachelor parties.
