The Bee Sanctuary is a unique place - created with pollinators in mind, providing them with a safe and natural space to live. In such an environment, people also feel good. We ensure that everything we create is as close to nature as possible and complies with ecological standards. We primarily offer a strawbale house, designed to leave the smallest footprint and amount of waste. The walls and ceiling are made of straw (40x60 cm), all plasters are made from natural clay - ground (4 layers), the structure is wooden, and the whole is covered with Siberian larch, while the bathroom is finished with traditional Moroccan tadelakt. This place is simple, natural, and authentic. It is an excellent place for allergy sufferers and also a passive house. You will not find Wi-Fi, running water, or a flushing toilet here - it is a space that allows you to slow down, disconnect from excess stimuli, and return to a simpler rhythm of life. You must go outside the house to use the toilet, and to wash, you need to heat water. In the autumn-winter season, to avoid freezing, you must light a fire in the "stove." Ordinary needs require the simplest solutions here. A tourist toilet and a traditional outhouse are available, you can wash in a basin or under a solar shower, and prepare meals on a gas stove. Inside, there are basic dishes and cutlery, pots, a frying pan, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Evenings can be spent by the campfire, and on cooler days, the interior is heated by the stove. Fragrant herbs grow around - medicinal hyssop, sage, and thyme - and you can constantly hear bees in the air. Right next to it is a forest, and just 300 meters away flows the Wierzyca River. The Bee Sanctuary is an invitation to simplicity, nature, and true relaxation - a real digital detox. There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco in any form, including e-cigarettes, liquids, etc. We take care of the bees that live there. Therefore, you may see us at work. We do not interfere with your stay. What do we offer additionally? - We will lead you through a unique and unforgettable RPG session (e.g., based on the "witches" process from the 18th century, located 4 km away), - under our supervision, you can safely peek into the hive and learn many intriguing secrets of bees, - you can purchase some of our products (honey, extract from barciak, propolis, non-standard herbal extracts), - we will guide you through the region. Implementing these proposals requires a meeting with us (Seweryn and Gosia). Price to be agreed upon.
