The Wierzchlesie Residence is an intimate complex of three year-round houses located in a quiet area of Podlasie. It is a place created for families, groups of friends, and those seeking relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to spacious interiors and an extensive recreational area that encourages spending time together. The residence consists of three independent, year-round houses that are rented as a single exclusive property. Together, they can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. The building area is approximately 200 m². The main house offers three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. An additional house provides an open space with a lounge area and kitchenette. The third, seasonal cottage is a cozy place with its own living area and sleeping spaces. The layout of the buildings allows larger families and groups of friends to relax comfortably while providing a bit of privacy. All houses are equipped with heating, air conditioning with heating function, and Wi-Fi. The interiors have been designed for a comfortable stay throughout the year, and the wood-burning fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere during cooler days. Guests have exclusive access to the entire grounds of the Residence. Available amenities include a garden, terraces, a gazebo with a grill, a fire pit, a playground, and a soccer field. The property also features a heated pool, an outdoor sauna, a jacuzzi in the main house with a winter terrace, and a hot tub built into the terrace of the third cottage. All amenities are available at no additional charge, and the usage rules can be found in the respective areas. Guests can use free bicycles, which are stored in the utility building at the entrance gate. The property has outdoor parking and the option to charge electric cars at no additional cost. The property accepts pets at no extra charge. There is an option to order breakfast at a price of 35 PLN per person.
