Siedlisko Wiłkupie is a charming agritourism farm located in the village of Wiłkupie, in the Suwałki region, among wild forests and clear lakes. Not far from here are the Sudawskie Mountains and Lake Hancza. And right below the house is a private pond with a pier. It is not without reason that the northeastern part of the country is called the "Polish pole of cold". The specific post-glacial microclimate means that every winter we can go cross-country skiing, sledding or skating on our ponds. We even have a ski slope nearby with trails of varying difficulty. Warming up after winter activities on the tiled stove is a real pleasure. We also enjoy early morning coffees on the terrace in the company of deer coming up to our ponds and the autumn clangor of cranes. We place two houses at your disposal, each rented exclusively, just for you. House on the Hill: The house has a spacious, sunny living room with a fireplace and a sitting area and 3 beds (in configuration: 3 single beds or a double bed and a single bed). From the living room you can directly access two bedrooms, the first of which overlooks the garden, while the windows of the second overlook the terrace and the multi-mile-long landscape behind it, giving a sense of intimacy and closeness to nature. The first bedroom has a sofa bed, while the second has two single beds. In the kitchen you'll find a traditional tiled stove and table with chairs, as well as seating by the stove. This is undoubtedly the heart of our home and a favorite place for long conversations with a mug of tea and a yeast cake. The cottage also has a bathroom with a shower. In addition, at your disposal is a huge backyard. Children will certainly not be bored here because we have a sandbox, a swing, an inflatable pool, an orchard, bicycles, meadows and, of course, nearby our pond, where you can successfully bathe in the summer. House on the pond: On the first floor, with an area of 100 m2, the windows look out on 4 sides of the world. From them you can see both the multitude of colors in the rose garden and the blue water of the pond a dozen meters away. There is a large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a bunk bed for 3 people (180cm long) and a fold-out double sofa bed. The 60-square-meter attic studio has a beautiful view of the pond. The windows face two sides of the world. The living area consists of a sofa bed and two armchairs, while the rest area contains a double bed and a single bed. The loft features a spacious bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob and dishwasher, as well as a dining table. The house comes with a terrace facing directly over the pond. In addition, each cottage includes: - Wi-Fi, - Electric heating, - Fireplace and tiled stoves with wood package, - Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, cups, glasses, etc., - Two-burner electric hob, - Wireless kettle, - Refrigerator with freezer, - Board games, - Plenty of literature, CDs and DVDs. Within a radius of less than 30km from Wiłkupia you can find plenty of tourist attractions for the whole family, including: - Szelment Sports and Recreation Complex, - Poland's deepest Lake Hancza, - Cisowa Góra ,,Suwalska Fudżijama", - Suwalski Landscape Park, - Bridges in Stańczyki, - Adventure Valley on the Szeszupa River (fairytale playground in Rutka-Tartak), - Polish-Lithuanian-Russian border triangle, - Rowelska Gora (the highest peak in Podlaskie Voivodeship).
