Description
The cottage is located in the village of Rybno, on Lake Rumian, in the municipality of Działdowo, about 2 h 20 min drive from the Tri-City and 2 h 30 min drive from Warsaw. The cottage is located on a 1000-square-meter fenced plot of land in a summer housing estate, 100 m from the lake. The cottage consists of 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a kitchenette, with a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom. We recommend for 4 people. It has 35 m2. There is also a terrace, where there is a seating set and a table. The kitchen is fully stocked. A 2-burner cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a cob coffee maker are provided. The kitchen is also equipped with pots, plates, glasses, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower. On the property, there is a sauna (heated by electricity) and a wood-fired bale, a fireplace, a barbecue and an outdoor swing. We accept pets in the cottage. The fence is tight, so no doggie pits will escape, it is about 1.5 meters high. The only way to escape is to jump over it. The fence was tested by a small clever dog - an escapee and was not forced through. There is a water bowl for doggies in the house. There is a curfew on the premises from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. We also kindly ask you to respect the rules of coexistence with your neighbors. We do not organize hen and stag parties/nights.
