Perhaps you are tired of another "Ostoja, homestead, settlement" Or other "luxury", "prestige" etc. type places? You have come to the right place! We are not such a place. At Old Chalets, it is the Tatra Mountains that look at you, peek into the window, wake you up and tuck you into sleep. The smell of grasses is in the air, and winter frost colors the windows. The best, evening program, is watching the illuminated Podhale and gazing into the fireplace. Here it is fun to keep the fire alive and look out for passing trains. On a visit to the window, friendly neighbors from the forest next door may drop in. Do you need anything more to be happy? Perhaps it's worth finding out for yourself? The Old Shacks are two cottages for rent, of a higher standard. The first has one bedroom with a bathtub by a panoramic window, from where we can admire the full landscape of the Tatra Mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a comfortable bathroom. It is mainly designed for couples, although it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people. The second cottage, on the other hand, has two, comfortable bedrooms, as above-a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a bathroom. It is designed for 2 - 6 people. Both chalets have an outdoor sauna and a balia. The cost of the sauna plus balia is 300 zl per night. Individually, the sauna or balia is the cost of 200 zloty a day. We get our electricity from photovoltaics and, if needed, from a generator. Heating comes from a free-standing fireplace known as a goat. We heat the sauna and balia before your arrival, then to ensure freedom in the matter of guests remains to maintain the temperature. A deposit of 500 zloty is required, refundable upon receipt of the keys after checking the condition of the cottages. Pets are welcome with us, but leaving your hairy friends alone on the premises is prohibited. The cost for the entire stay of the pet is 100 PLN. Reservation is synonymous with acceptance of the rules of the facility. We are located in the village of Klikuszowa, just off the trails to Turbacz and Stare Wierchy. Directly from the cottages we can admire the full panorama of the Tatra Mountains and the entire Podhale. The distance from Białka Tatrzańska or Zakopane is about 20 kilometers. Stare Szałasy is a place in the style of "slow" therefore, we want to provide primarily the possibility of silence and rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so we resigned from distractions in the style of TV or WiFi.
