We have created two identical barn-style cottages that, with their simplicity, perfectly blend into the surrounding environment and the landscape that offers a view of the nearby Gorce, Pieniny, and Tatra Mountains. We are located in Podhale, in Dębno Podhalańskie, which is why our cottages combine modern architectural form with regional style and craftsmanship. The cottages are year-round, entirely made by local carpenters, from their own wood sourced from the nearby volunteer forest, the scent of which is omnipresent here. The cottages feature underfloor heating, are air-conditioned, and additionally have a unique heat recovery solution from the roof, which allows them to warm themselves on sunny days during the autumn and spring seasons. This solution also enables quick air exchange after sunset without the need to open windows or use air conditioning. Additionally, you will find cozy fireplaces - stoves, which will make autumn and winter evenings more enjoyable. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with comfortable hotel beds, while downstairs we have a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. We can accommodate up to 6 people per cottage. Each cottage has a large terrace with a grill and comfortable furniture, and there is also a balcony on the upper floor. Our interiors are dominated by natural colors and materials - wood, stone, and metal elements. Most of the furniture was handmade by us or with the help of local carpenters. You can also admire hand-crafted carvings, bas-reliefs, and paintings on canvas - all made by local artists. At the request of guests, we can additionally provide a travel cot for a child up to 3 years old equipped with a bedding set for an additional fee of 30.00 PLN. Please contact us directly to order the cot. The cottages are located on a fenced, spacious plot, and we have comfortable parking and a playground for children. Additionally, for an extra fee, there is a cozy sauna cottage with a wellness area that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at a time. Although we are in Podhale, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the Tatra resorts, yet so close to the mountains that we serve as an excellent base not only for our mountains but also for the Slovak ones. Our strong point is primarily the most beautiful cycling paths and trails known throughout Poland (including Velo Dunajec). In the immediate vicinity, there are meadows, forests, the mountain rivers Białka and Dunajec, Lake Czorsztyńskie, a historic church from the 15th century in Dębno, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn. Our property is located in a protected landscape area, where you can encounter wild animals and various species of protected plants. Just take a walk and observe closely :)
