We created two identical barn-type cottages, which, with their simplicity, perfectly blend into the immediate surroundings and the landscape providing a foreground view of the nearby Gorce, Pieniny and Tatra Mountains. We are located in Podhale, in Debno Podhalanski, so our cottages combine modern architectural form with regional style and craftsmanship. The cottages are year-round, entirely made by local carpenters, using our own wood from the nearby ochotnicki forest, the smell of which is omnipresent with us. The cottages have underfloor heating, are air-conditioned, in addition, they have a unique solution for heat recovery from the roof, thanks to which on sunny days, in autumn and spring they reheat themselves. This solution also allows a quick exchange of air after sunset without the need to open a window and use air conditioning. In addition, you will find atmospheric fireplaces - goats, which will make autumn and winter evenings more pleasant. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with comfortable hotel beds, while downstairs we have a spacious living room connected with the kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 people per cottage. Each cottage has a spacious terrace with barbecue and comfortable furniture, and there is also a balcony on the first floor. Our interiors are dominated by natural colors and materials - wood, stone, metal elements. Most of the furniture was made by our own hands or with the help of local carpenters, you can also admire handmade carvings, bas-reliefs and paintings painted on canvas - all made by local artists. On request, the Hosts can provide to the cottage in addition one travel crib for a child under 3 years of age equipped with a set of bedding for an additional fee of 30.00 PLN. Please contact the Hosts of Svoyska Osada to order a crib. The cottages are located on a fenced, spacious plot, we have comfortable parking and a chill zone with a playground for children. We are located in Podhale, but away from the hustle and bustle of the Tatra resorts, and at the same time so close to the mountains that we are an excellent base for excursions not only to our mountains, but also the Slovak mountains. Our strengths are primarily known throughout Poland the most beautiful paths and bike trails (including Velo Dunajec). In the immediate vicinity there are meadows, forests, the mountain rivers Białka and Dunajec, Lake Czorsztyńskie, the historic 15th century church in Dębno, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn. Our property is located in an area of protected landscape, you will meet here wild animals and various species of protected plants. All you have to do is walk around and observe closely :)
