Szumi Rosa is a passionately created atmospheric place, ideal for a successful holiday surrounded by nature. The property consists of two comfortable and cozy cottages, finished to a high standard, differing in the layout and functionality of the rooms, so they complement each other. By reserving the property, you will have at your disposal both cottages, for up to 10 people (6 persons + 4 persons): 1. Cottage 1 (70 m2, 6 persons): living room with a large panoramic window overlooking the forest, fireplace, open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, pressure coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster, toasters, etc.), 3 double climatic bedrooms, bathroom with shower (we provide a set of towels for each guest), large open terrace with pergola. 2. Cottage 2 (50 m2, 4 people - recreational building with one bedroom): sauna, bathrobes, large covered terrace/grill world, kitchen with kitchenette with basic equipment (induction stove, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, toaster oven, electric grill), one bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed), bathroom with shower. The property is located in the charming village of Majdan in the vicinity of the Natura 2000 reserve and the Nadwiślańskie Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu (Vistula Protected Landscape Area). Very good access from Warsaw (about 1h from the center) and the lack of any neighbors at a distance of about 300 m will give you privacy, peace and quiet. Szumi Rosa is located right next to the forest wall, where you will be able to take advantage of plenty of hiking and biking trails, pick berries and mushrooms or listen to the singing of countless species of birds. And if you just want to relax, we encourage you to warm up by the fire, read a book from the available library, listen to old vinyl records, organize a "mini-cinema" on the portable projector (Netflix and Prime Vide available), or play board games for adults and children. Confirmation of the unique beauty of the surrounding area is the fact that in close proximity is the Plein Air House of the Academy of Fine Arts from Warsaw, where students come from time to time for a turn and practice painting landscapes. Not far away is also the Świder river and reserve, where, in addition to taking summer baths, admiring the beauty of nature and beaver lodges, you can also enjoy canoeing (contact to the organizer of canoeing we will be happy to share). For those wishing a moment of water relaxation and regeneration in the lap of nature, we offer the possibility of renting a mobile garden log with a jacuzzi (here we will also share with you the contact to the friendly owner of the log). In addition, in the area you will find plenty of more or less famous attractions, such as: - the historic chapel in the village of Radachowka, - nature reserves: Wólczańska Góra, Świder, Bocianowskie Swamp, Czarci Dół, - Swedish trenches, - Karczunek Reservoir, - Świder dam, - Seven Mills Trail on the Piaseczno River (ideal for cycling), - Regional Museum in Siennica - Cloch Grave Cemetery, - Forest Education Center in Celestynów, - Chain Mountains, which are picturesque sand dunes, - Całowanie Swamp, which is one of the largest complexes of low bogs in Mazovia with an area of 1200 ha, - a nursery for paragliders on the other side of the forest - you will not only be able to observe the flights of daredevils, but also try your hand at this sport, - numerous ponds with fishing opportunities, and much, much more.
