Description
A two-hundred-year-old country house with an outdoor swimming pool, a very large area for bonfires, barbecues and sports activities. A place to stay and relax for a large family or group of friends surrounded by picturesque surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the vicinity of the Jizera Foothills and the Land of Extinct Volcanoes. The house offers two floors with a kitchenette, dining room and living room on the first floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom for two people and a children's room with a bunk bed. On the very top there are two rooms: a four-bedroom and a two-bedroom. We additionally have a modest wooden cottage for a couple right by the pool outside. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower and one bathtub are up to date throughout the property. There is a very large area around the house with a fire pit and a covered shelter where you can barbecue even when it rains. A big attraction besides the pool is the outdoor bar and a small field kitchen. We are very respectful of our guests' privacy so the whole area is available for the exclusive use of the group currently staying with us. For several years we have been renting out most of the house to guests who, like us, love living in contact and harmony with nature. My husband Dave has put a lot of heart and artistic flair into this special place. We both enjoy sharing our history with our over-sympathetic groups and showing them what is most beautiful in our still undiscovered tourist area. And these are the boundless fields where you can find beautiful minerals-Agates for which our village is mainly famous. In addition, countless palaces and castles so characteristic of the Kaczawskie and Izerskie Foothills. Also nearby lakes, mountains, forests, which give guests the opportunity for all kinds of activities such as walking, kayaking, biking, horseback riding and even offroad. We have a land rover so as long as it's not broken down, we offer guests a ride in the surrounding wilderness. The village is only half an hour from the nearest ski slopes in Swieradow-Zdroj, so we urge skiers to swap accommodation in crowded resorts for a quiet rest at our house. We are happy to drive them to the slopes and even offer ski lessons (I am an instructor).
