This high quality villa with stunning views of the bay of Pollensa is located near the old town of Alcudia. Steps lead up to the entrance and into the spacious lounge/dining room which has doors leading out to a large covered terrace. The kitchen is off the dining room and has a door opening onto the covered terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. Stairs lead from the entrance to the upstairs which has a large terrace with sea views. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with a large dressing room and bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The kidney-shaped pool has stunning views of the countryside and the bay. Next to the pool there is a terrace with a very large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a pool table and ping-pong table to spend the evenings. The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00
