The sleeping area is located in the loft, where there are 4 sleeping places available. Additional sleeping places are available on the sofa in the living room on the ground floor. The cottage is adapted for families with small children, as a pack-n-play travel crib is available on site, and there is a safety gate on the upper floor. Inside, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, and outside, a private hot tub providing exceptional relaxation. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. Additionally, we provide a shared garden space with lounge furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. There is free parking on the premises, and a lit path to the entrance ensures comfortable movement after dark. For active individuals, bicycles are available on site, ideal for exploring the area. Pets are also welcome on the premises, with a fee of 125 PLN for the entire stay for a four-legged friend. Six girls, one weekend, zero desire to go home on Sunday—that’s how you could sum up our stay at Warmia Forest Kobułty. The cottage was fully equipped—everything we needed was there. You can tell the owners really care about every detail. No “buts,” no “too bad that…”—just perfect. The owners lit the fire in the hot tub so the water would be warm when we arrived on Friday evening... <3 Great communication with the owners. Ms. Marlena wears her heart on her sleeve and has such warmth in her voice that you’ll fall in love with her immediately when talking on the phone... The surroundings are a whole other story—forest, silence. After a few hours, you literally disconnect from your phone and just start… breathing. We’ll definitely be back <3

A wonderful place to relax! We spent two nights in this cottage and it was an absolutely fantastic stay. The cottage is clean, neat, very cozy and warm. The atmosphere is added by the fireplace, which creates an extremely pleasant atmosphere - a perfect place to relax. The location is beautiful - the cottage is surrounded by forest, which provides peace, quiet and great privacy. A huge asset is also the outdoor ballroom, where you can relax and enjoy nature. The owner deserves special praise - a smug and cordial person. We arrived in the evening, and a warm, homemade apple pie warmed on the stove awaited us as a welcome - a wonderful gesture! We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to calm down, relax from the daily hustle and bustle and spend time among nature. We will definitely come back here again :)
