Wilczy Las is half a hectare of your own forest - a place that lives by its own rhythm and changes with the seasons. Here, pines prevail, their scent on warm days reminiscent of sun-warmed Baltic forests. Among them grow birches, poplars, oaks, beeches, and rowans. There is also a fir tree, and right by the cottage stand two tall spruces. In spring, lilies of the valley appear among the trees, and in summer, it's time for berries. Wild Inhabitants of the Forest Wilczy Las is home to many wild animals. We have hung nesting boxes for birds and shelters for bats in the trees. Squirrels run along the branches. In spring, the forest resonates with the songs of birds from morning. In the evening, bats appear over the cottage hunting for insects. At night, you can hear the tawny owl - its characteristic hooting often comes from the surrounding trees. The forest has its own rhythm, and we care deeply that it remains so. We do not want to turn the forest into an orderly garden or subordinate it solely to our convenience. Wilczy Las primarily belongs to its wild inhabitants. We are fortunate to be their guests here. The cottage is prepared for the comfortable stay of four people, but it can accommodate a maximum of six Guests. There are two separate bedrooms - one with a large double bed, the other with a bunk bed - and a sofa bed in the living room, which provides two additional sleeping places if needed. The cottage features a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. You can stay longer and prepare your own meals. The cottage will have coffee, spices, oil, and basic products. In front of the cottage, there is a terrace with a table and seating area. A grill awaits in the shed. The cottage is wooden and can be used all year round. On cooler days, it is heated by the fireplace, and additional electric heaters with thermostats maintain a constant temperature even at night and when the fire in the fireplace goes out. There is no need to get up and add wood to the fire. With four people, everyone has their own sleeping place in one of the two bedrooms, while the living room remains a shared daytime space. With five or six Guests, the sofa bed becomes an additional sleeping place. Thanks to the large plot and densely growing trees, the cottage is well shielded from the surroundings and provides a lot of privacy. We did not try to make this place a luxury apartment. We cared about something else - that it be comfortable, cozy, and unpretentious.
