Welcome to the Skalnica guest rooms located in the Skalny Podhale in Bukowina Tatrzańska at an altitude of 986 m above sea level. The property is situated at the exit of Bukowina towards the border crossing in Łysa Polana and Morskie Oko. Skalnica is a stylish, traditional, wooden mountain building with a specific atmosphere - an example of regional architecture - surrounded by a large garden filled with, among other things, Tatra vegetation. In the garden, there are benches and a place for a bonfire. We have 15-17 accommodation places. A studio accommodating up to 3 people (living room, bedroom, bathroom), a studio accommodating up to 4 people (living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony), as well as two double rooms with bathrooms and two with a bathroom in the corridor. All rooms have a TV, radio, and WiFi. Almost every room offers a view of the Tatras. The Bukowina Thermal Baths are located about 1 km from us. In the winter season, we recommend the ski lifts. The nearest ones are at Wysoki Wierch just behind us (about 300m), Wierch Olczański about 1.5 km, Wierch Rusiński about 4 km. The chairlift at Małe Ciche is about 7 km away. The chairlifts in Białka are about 6 km away. The chairlift in Czarna Góra is about 6 km, Litwinka about 8 km, and the chairlift in Jurgów about 6 km. Bukowina is an excellent starting point for trips to the High Tatras. We recommend mountain hikes, walks in the nearby forests and meadows, or sunbathing by the Białka River. The nearby forests offer blueberries, raspberries, and mushrooms. Other attractions include rafting on the Dunajec River, the castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn, boat trips on Lake Czorsztyn, Sabałowe Bajania, and horseback riding. We do not offer breakfast, but it can be purchased at a neighboring facility or restaurant a few hundred meters from us. We warmly invite you!
