Hi, we are Dorian and Tomek. Together we believed that it is possible to produce quality wine in Lower Silesia, and that's how Vineyard 55-100 was founded. Tomek is an employee of the Wroclaw University of Life Sciences, one of whose interests is viticulture and the wine-making process. Dorian is a lover of local and healthy food and an artistic soul, in charge of marketing and sales at the winery. Together, they are responsible for the creative process, from the manual harvest to the very end, when the cork appears in the bottle.
