🍇 In an area of more than one hectare starting from the Sudeten Foothills, with balance and sustainability, are cultivated grape varieties proper: Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Savignion Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignion and Gewürztraminer. They are the basis of the natural white, rosé and red wines created on site at the winery organized in shipping containers, which have been given a second life here. 🍷 Silensi winery, located in Wojnarowice, at the foot of Mt. Sleza (Latin.Silensi), was founded - to the glory of the Creator and the benefit and joy of the People - in 2015 by the 2nd generation of the Stefanski family. 🎨 A project created out of respect for the multicultural history of this land and its people.
