Description
We listen to the voice of our guests. We adjust to His rhythm and ideas. If it's breakfast, we choose the menu and the hour, if it's a tasting or a tour of the vineyard - everything by prior arrangement. We do not impose our company if the Guest has come to us just to calm down and be alone, but we are always around. PHILOSOPHY - Wabi-sabi Wabi-sabi is a philosophy that opposes consumerism, prioritizes naturalness and promotes the thesis that not everything has to be perfect! It is finding beauty in non-perfect objects, in craftsmanship. Scratches or scratches, traces of use, rawness this is what should be appreciated in the interior. In our case, these are objects with soul. An old family sewing machine, a wooden bowl for making bread, an oven shovel, a 100-year-old closet, a centuries-old horseshoe, and this is just the beginning of our history. IN YOUR OWN WAY - DIY Many things inside the building are our creation. Lamps made of reindeer moss, lamps made of wine corks, refurbished high-gloss furniture, a dream catcher or macramé made by a local artist, or even a toilet paper rack made of jute string. We pride ourselves on having an artist among friends of the winery, whose drawings can be admired in the winery building. We just love the place. IN HARMONY WITH NATURE - ECO From field to table. Literally. But from field to table in respect for nature. Without chemicals. Both growing vines and making wine. Oenotourism facilities are supported by passive solutions: large window spaces, heat pump, photovoltaic panels, ground heat exchanger. We take care of the next generation. WE LOVE - Roses Yes, we love roses. Kutno, with which we neighbor, is also named the City of Roses. But the roses planted next to our 51 rows of vines have more than just an aesthetic dimension. First of all, the rose is an indicator plant for vines. This means so much that if a disease were to attack the vine, it would first appear on the rose. That's why we keep a close eye on our plantings.
