Our year-round house is located directly at the lake line. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a sandy/grassy public beach. The cottage comes with a large, free, parking lot. Two independent bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with large shower. Large living room with kitchenette, dining table and fireplace, with large windows overlooking the lake. The entire property is fenced and exclusively at your disposal. The plot is as much as 1000 m2! The house is located on a slope: on the first level is the entrance and parking, on the middle level is the house and on the lowest level is the lake :) NEAREST SURROUNDINGS We run the area surrounding the house in a natural way: you will find wild hops, beautiful and wild grasses on the terraces of the slope, elderberry, tree and shrub seedlings, mirabelles, hanging from behind the fence, and several other fruit trees - all the gifts of nature are also at your disposal. The area is mowed seasonally - we take care of our pollinators. The paving around the cottage is mechanically cleaned regularly. WE ACCEPT ONLY ADULTS
