Looking for a place with a unique atmosphere and positive vibes? This is the place for you! Looking for peace and quiet right in the middle of the forest? You’ll find it at Zworna Chata! We’ve created a unique space full of charm and warmth in an old barn. We’ve incorporated clay walls, old furniture, unusual touches, and handmade decorations into the structure of the old cottage. Everything is warmed by a wood-burning stove. And the surrounding nature took care of the rest. Life in our meadow follows its own rhythm, with deer roaming by and tawny owls calling. There’s an abundance of wild aromas and flavors just waiting to be sampled. Civilization is far away; instead of the roar of engines, we hear the babbling stream flowing down from Eliaszówka and the enthusiastic songs of a whole flock of birds. Getting here isn’t easy: you won’t get far without four-wheel drive, and in winter even chains on your wheels may not be enough. But don’t worry! If needed, our brave off-road vehicles will bring you right to the house. Unless we’re completely snowed in—in which case you may have to walk (it’s only 700 m along a forest road)! Half of Zworna Chata is yours to enjoy exclusively. The apartment has two double beds and one single bed that can be extended into a double. There’s a kitchen where you can cook and reheat meals, equipped with a kettle, an induction hob, and a large fridge. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with a large shower enclosure. The entire space is heated by a clay wood-burning stove. You’ll have a terrace with a beautiful view of the meadow, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine. There’s also a fire pit and forest trails worn by deer, perfect for getting lost and finding your way again. For those who like to plan ahead, a hiking trail runs just a 20-minute walk from the cottage, leading to the center of Piwniczna-Zdrój or to the summits of Eliaszówka, Radziejowa, or Wysoka. We, the hosts, occupy the other half of the cottage. We serve delicious breakfasts, bake our own sourdough bread and delicious cakes, and make pierogi.
