Description
Bosque de Xarás is a very special house. It is located in a spectacular area that meets all the requirements we look for when we want to enjoy a few fantastic days of relaxation and disconnection. In a centenary natural environment, it is a completely restored Galician stone building. Nature, beach and mountain, and spectacular views of the Pontevedra estuary with an unforgettable sunset with the Ons Islands in the background, make up the outer frame of Bosque de Xaras. Just by opening one of its two exterior doors, we find ourselves in a large living room with huge windows that allow us to enjoy the views of the Ria de Pontevedra and the Ons Islands. In two large sofas located in a very special corner with two lamps that provide a cozy indirect light, you can relax, read or watch TV for a while. A pellet stove ideal for cold winter days is also part of this fantastic corner. Connected to the living room are the kitchen and the dining room. A wooden table for ten people is part of this room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. A toilet completes this second floor. Continuing the tour of this large house available all year round and going up some stairs from the open living area, we enter the master bedroom. A central corridor leads to the bathroom with a large shower, the dressing room and a large double bed with sitting area overlooking the pool, the estuary and the Ons Islands. Going back, a hallway connects this part of the house with the bedroom area. The back door communicates with a small patio with stairs to the outside where you can also access the house. A room with four bunk beds, another with two twin beds joined together and a third with a double bed make up the sleeping area. In this part of the house there is also a complete bathroom with bathtub, a living room with television and pellet stove and a reading area.
