The two-story house, located in the middle of the forest, overlooks the Chańcza lagoon, which is only 250 meters from the property. Barbecue equipment, a fire pit in the garden, swings, a large tree house - there is nothing missing on site. During your stay at the cottage you will also be able to take a relaxing bath in the outdoor hot tub. The property is fenced and has private parking for guests. The cottage is cozily furnished and atmospherically lit. It has two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with an atmospheric fireplace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare a meal, coffee or tea. In addition, there is a fire pit and a tree house, which can also serve as a sleeping area for children or couples. The walk to the lagoon beach takes just a few minutes. At the lake it is possible to rent boats, jet skis and pedal boats, or use your own equipment. You can also fish in the reservoir. In season, we recommend going mushroom picking - the surrounding forests are rich in various species of mushrooms. The nearest larger towns are the spa town of Busko-Zdroj and Starachowice. Among the most interesting attractions in the area, we can include the Opatów Underground - a system of former merchant cellars, hollowed out under the market square of Opatów. When visiting the town, don't miss the St. Martin's Collegiate Church from the second half of the 12th century and the Baroque Bernardine Monastery. Wine connoisseurs and oenotourism enthusiasts should consider a visit to one of the surrounding vineyards. The closest is the Avra Winery, located in Szydłów, 13 kilometers from Chańcza. While in the region, it's worth getting lost in the beech maze in Kurozwêki, just 11 kilometers from Chańcza. The same facility also offers field games in the cornucopia, a buffalo safari and the palace and palace park, which are available for touring.
