"Ostrzycki Las" is a modern, intimate holiday resort located in the village of Pierszczewko near Krzeszna on Ostrzycki Lake itself, in the heart of Kashubian Switzerland. We have 8 comfortable, modern and fully equipped cottages. All cottages are equipped with underfloor heating and, in case of heat, portable air conditioners. 1. You can come to us with your pets. The name of the complex comes from the nearby Nature Reserve "Ostrzycki Las", located in the Kashubian Landscape Park. It is the highest, most attractive part of the Kashubian Lake District (the Szymbarskie Hills, sometimes called the Kashubian Beskid), in which rises the highest elevation of the entire Polish Lowlands, namely Wieżyca (329 m above sea level). Ostrzyckie Lake is an important part of the waterway "Kółko Raduńskie" and in the summer season a white fleet boat "Stolem" sails on it. Due to the location of our cottages, the immediate area already provides a power of attractions, such as water sports (sailing, canoeing), fishing, mushroom picking and walks in the beautiful scenery of the Kashubian Landscape Park, which changes throughout the year. It is worth mentioning that due to the terrain, our immediate area is the "promised land" for cyclists, both those focused on conquering mountains (MTB) and those who prefer typical bicycle tourism. In winter our location provides other unusual attractions, as we are located just 2 km from the largest ski resort in northern Poland, namely Wieżyca-Koszałkowo and the second ski resort Wieżyca-Kotlinka. The nearest restaurant "Gościniec Malinówka" and a large grocery store are located 1.5 km from our resort. Not far away are other restaurants such as Pizzeria Gawra at the ski slope Koszalkowo, and in the popular tourist Ostrzyce, located on the other side of the lake, there are many restaurants and bars with local (including fish) Kashubian cuisine, with the famous in the area "Rybaczowka" at the forefront. Nearby there are bicycle and water equipment rentals. In the immediate area there are several large horse studs that offer horseback riding, as well as carriage rides and sleigh rides. Attractions in the area: - Wieżyca - the John Paul II observation tower at the top of Wieżyca, - Szymbark - Center for Education and Promotion of the Region, House on the Roof, Siberian House, the world's longest plank, the largest piano and many other attractions, - Kashubian Road - a picturesque road leading along the lakes of Kashubian Switzerland, - The botanical garden in Golub, - XVIII century. Wybicki nobleman's mansion in Sikorzyn, - Węsiory - stone circles and barrows which are a cemetery of Goths and Gepids from the I-III century, - Teutonic Castle in Bytow, - Museum of the National Anthem in Babin, - The open-air museum in Wdzydze Kiszewskie, - The open-air museum "Parowozownia Kościerzyna."
