Torre Tierra - tiny house

This Tiny House, located on the beautiful Costa de la Luz in Southern Europe, is the ideal getaway for an individual or couple looking to relax in the sublime natural beauty of Andalusia. Tucked away behind the village of El Palmar, just a ten minute walk to the beach, we offer you a beautiful place to disconnect and enjoy nature, take a deep breath, spend quiet nights with the waves of the sea and feel as far away as possible from the urban noise. If you are looking for a place to get inspired and concentrate on your personal project or your work, you will also find it here. Torre Tierra is a small tower with a bedroom upstairs with a large and very comfortable bed, and a desk with panoramic views that reach several kilometers of beach. Downstairs you have a fully equipped kitchen and a space to eat or sit on a sofa and read. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a ship's toilet that empties into a biodigester that provides gas for cooking. Next to the raised porch over the garden, you have another pleasant shower with hot water surrounded by palm trees. Our goal was to build this house in a sustainable way and turn it little by little into a self-sufficient home. The materials are mainly wood and natural stones, the walls are thermally insulated with shredded linen and the floor is made of wood and linoleum. The water from the well is heated with a solar water heater, the light is generated by solar panels (high voltage appliances such as hair dryers are not allowed) and the gas for cooking is provided by the biodigester and in the worst case that you run out of gas you are always welcome in our kitchen for whatever you need. In order not to damage the fermentation process of the biodigester, please let us know if you have been taking antibiotics lately. As the drains water the garden, we use only biodegradable products. Dishwashing soap, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and cleaning products are available. Please use these or your own biodegradable products. El Palmar and its surroundings are a beautiful place, offering you a great variety of long beaches, sandy coves, crystal clear waters, lighthouses and watchtowers. Those who need activity will find many good spots as well as surf schools or Yoga classes. A few kilometers away there are Natural Parks dotted with white villages, cliffs, pine forests and a bike path that connects the whole area. Uro, our dog, lives with us. He is very calm and affectionate; with new people he can be shy. We have a nice and cozy caravan as an extra room next to the Tiny House sharing the bathroom and kitchen We provide sheets and towels, and you have bicycles and even a surfboard at your disposal. We try to make you feel completely at ease during your stay. Our house is fifteen meters away and we will be happy to help you or give you advice on how best to explore the area.
