Description
Somewhere between the mountains, fields and clouds, in the heart of the Ore Mountains Landscape Park, not far from the Colorful Lakes are WymarzOne- houses, which we first dreamed, then designed ourselves, then my Husband Philip built and finished them 90% by himself, and I (Irmina) decorated and polished them, with the "help" of our tiny twin daughters. We put all our hearts and more than 3 years of hard work into making this our life's dream come true, so that now we can invite you here and host you in the best way we can. PLACE OF RELAXATION the 3 cottages surrounded by nature and located on a large space are a dream place for relaxation. They have been planned in accordance with the idea of Tiny House- a small but very functional space and the absence of distractions in the form of TVs is conducive to being close to the people you love and communing with nature. Instead of a TV, all cottages have a panoramic window with such a wonderful view of the mountains that you can enjoy it all year round. At each cottage there is an outdoor Jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the scenery, stunning sunsets, and the starry sky at night. On colder days it's nice to relax and warm up by the fireplace. FUNCTIONALITY AND EQUIPMENT The cottages are designed for 2 - 4 people. The living room has a comfortable velour sofa, a fireplace, a table with chairs and a packed closet. A well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer, coffee maker) gives you the opportunity to prepare meals, which are most pleasantly eaten on the terrace overlooking the mountains. In the cozy bedroom on the mezzanine there is a 2-person bed (140 x 200) with a soft headrest and cabinets. The window offers an idyllic view of the fields and you can often enjoy phenomenal sunrises from here. Another 2 sleeping places are provided on a sofa bed (140 x 200). A comfortable night's sleep will be ensured by tactile percale (100% cotton) bedding and blackout curtains and blinds. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle (120 x 80) with a rain shower, soft cotton towels. DESIGN From the beginning of the design, we wanted our cottages to have large glazing, inviting the surrounding nature into the interior, to have a minimalist form, and to refer to the regional architectural style - Karkonosze. We found this reference in the vertical nailed-on facade boards. For the construction we tried to use as natural materials as possible, hence the facade was made of larch and covered with linseed oil-based impregnation. Having great respect for the local landscape and nature, we did not want to interfere with the terrain - the houses are founded on poles. As for the interiors, we wanted them to be minimalist, cozy, with elements associated with a traditional mountain cottage, but still in a modern form. We wanted to use natural finishing materials, so there is a lot of wood, stone countertops and flooring, well, and plywood, which we love with all our hearts. In our design, functionality is always as important as aesthetic impressions, so we used a lot of clever solutions to make this small space as convenient and comfortable as possible for guests. To make our dream cottages even more in the regional context in their design we decided to refer to the largest nearby natural attraction - the Colorful Lakes. Thus, a "dash" of color appears in the minimalist interiors. We also gave the individual cottages the names of the lakes, namely "Green", "Blue" and "Purple". EKO We dreamed of making the cottages eco-friendly. During construction, in addition to the aforementioned use of natural materials, we created an innovative system for recovering rainwater and used water from the Jacuzzi and reusing it for flushing toilets. We used energy-efficient infrared heating in the cottages, and much of the electricity is obtained from photovoltaic panels. We support the idea of "zero waste" therefore we provide our guests with the opportunity to drink filtered tap water, eco-cosmetics in refillable dispensers instead of miniature cosmetics in plastic packaging, we segregate trash. PRACTICAL INFORMATION - at the disposal of guests is a large fenced area of 1.8 hectares, with an entrance gate locked by remote control, - we provide free unguarded parking, - use of the jacuzzi at the cottage is not included in the price of accommodation, additional fee for the jacuzzi for the whole stay is 300 zł (payable on arrival, along with the rest of the stay - by card or cash), - dream cottages are child-friendly and allergy-friendly, they are not suitable for arrival with pets, - on the premises there is a fireplace with benches and chairs. We invite you to our cottages - relax and let your dreams come true :)
