Welcome to the Joscha bungalow chalet, an exclusive retreat in the heart of the picturesque Vulkaneifel region. This barrier-free, 125 m² chalet combines sustainable construction with modern comfort and offers you a unique indoor climate, characterized by the soothing scent of pine wood interiors and generous windows that give you the feeling of being directly connected to nature. The stylishly furnished chalet has two bedrooms that can be flexibly equipped with double or single beds, ideal for 2 to 4 people. Enjoy your private sauna, relax in the freestanding bathtub, and keep fit in your own fitness area. The high-quality furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, an elegant bathroom, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and 65-inch HD TV. For your convenience, we provide bed linen, bathrobes, and towels, which are cleaned to the highest hygiene standards. You will also find a variety of consumables, from scented essences for the sauna to shampoo, shower gel, and coffee capsules—everything you need to feel completely at home. Access to the chalet is convenient via a smart lock with an individual code, which you will receive 24 hours before arrival. Two private parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars are also available. Your car can be charged directly via a wall box at the house. We will record your consumption during your stay. The price is 50 cents/kWh. Please provide us with your email address for the invoice before arrival.
