We are not exaggerating when we say that BioRezydencja is a SPA for the mind and body, located in the atmospheric, restored interiors of the oldest house in Świeradów-Zdrój. A house with a courtyard like from an Italian movie, and an atmosphere like from a Spanish novel. The facility is run by two extraordinary brothers, who themselves love nature and living according to its rhythms. The reason for the creation of the BioResidence was the desire, germinating in us for years, to establish an ecological enclave, friendly to the soul and body; one where we ourselves would feel perfect and would like to stay. A place where one comes to balance, can dance, levitate, sing and meditate. Drink crystal clear water, eat clean and think about good things. So first we asked ourselves what makes a person feel good, healthy, familiar, peaceful somewhere, and then we created such a place. BioRezydencja became a kind of spa for the spirit; a cozy and ecological oasis, where, in addition to the magnificent views, cozy atmosphere, atmospheric cafe overlooking the large garden and - on request - vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free food, regenerates not only the body tired of the pace of life, but also the mind longing for nature, overloaded. The beautiful location in the magical Jizera Mountains, the warmth of the fireplaces, the luxury of the eco-friendly apartments and the cordiality of the hosts is what most often returns in the memories and thanks of our wonderful guests. The house lies among some of the of Poland's most beautiful mountains - the Jizera Mountains.... in a quiet, peaceful and green part of the picturesque spa town- Swieradow-Zdroj. It takes only 5 minutes by car, 45 minutes by bike and 60 minutes on foot to reach the city center from the facility. Such a location makes it possible to freely use the attractions of our resort: the spa and pump room, the Ski&Sun gondola railroad, numerous trails for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing; trails and routes for trekking and Nordic walking; bike paths and trails. In addition, the city is close to the famous single-track trails in the Czech Republic and those on the Polish side. After so many adventures it is left to relax behind our house, where there is a spacious, beautiful garden with a 250-year-old chestnut tree.
