The residence, located on a sunny slope in Swieradow-Zdroj, offers unique views of Stóg Izerski and the surrounding forests. There are two floors of a stylish house of 300 m² at guests' disposal. There are 5 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 2 single), a spacious living room with a fireplace, projector, turntable and telescope, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, 3 bathrooms, a gym and a large terrace. In the garden awaits a summer kitchen with barbecue, hammocks, gazebo and places to relax. Parking for 5 cars is available on the property. The surrounding area is conducive to both relaxation and active recreation. Nearby are scenic hiking trails and waterfalls, and 1 km from the house you can walrus in the Kwisa Waterfall. We care about ecology - we use renewable energy sources and our own mineral water intake. For families with small children we provide a safety net on the mezzanine. We offer rental of two luxury floors of the ROSMARINO house with a total area of 300 m². There is also an independent apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance, which is not part of the standard offer. It can be rented on an occasional basis, which means that other guests can occasionally stay there. It is possible to rent the entire house, including the first floor.
