Domek pod Dębem is a cozy, year-round cottage located in Gierczyn, surrounded by the Izera Mountains. The intimate atmosphere, proximity to nature, and peaceful location make it an excellent place for relaxation for couples, families, and anyone looking to escape the daily hustle and actively explore the charms of the region. Domek pod Dębem is a year-round wooden cottage with a total area of 70 m², prepared for a stay of up to five Guests. The intimate character of the cottage and the functional layout of the interiors create a comfortable space for relaxation, whether for a weekend or a longer stay. The cottage is fenced and surrounded by a garden and trees, providing a sense of privacy, intimacy, and coziness. Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage along with a private terrace equipped with garden furniture. The cottage includes three rooms, including a bedroom, a living room with a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional space is provided by a loft, which gives the interior a unique character. The cottage also features a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. Comfort throughout the year is ensured by central heating with a thermostat and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen allows for convenient preparation of daily meals. It includes an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a blender. There is also a dining table and wine glasses available on-site. Additionally, Guests can use the oven located in the main building of the estate. In the bathroom, Guests will find basic toiletries and a hairdryer. An iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a first aid kit are also available on-site. In addition to the private garden and terrace, Guests can enjoy a shared space located near the large house. There is a natural playground for children, a gazebo, and a fire pit, creating a pleasant place to spend time outdoors. On the property, there is free parking designated for Guests and hosts. A locked room for storing bicycles is also available. Four bicycles can be rented on-site for an additional fee. The property accepts pets. The fee is 35 PLN per pet per night. Firewood for the bonfire is available for an additional fee of 50 PLN. Charcoal for the grill is the responsibility of the guests. For an additional fee, breakfast can be purchased. The cost of meals is 50 PLN per adult and 30 PLN for children aged 4 and up. A local tax of 3 PLN per person per night applies. Domek pod Dębem is located in Gierczyn, in the heart of the Izera Mountains – a region valued by hiking, cycling, and nature lovers. The intimate surroundings promote peaceful relaxation while also serving as an excellent base for discovering the most beautiful corners of the area. The estate is home to horses, goats, rabbits, and birds. Guests can participate in activities with the animals, horseback riding, walks, feeding, and animal therapy. Sports and recreational activities, functional training, dance workshops, and developmental workshops for women are also organized. Numerous hiking and biking trails run through the area, leading, among others, towards Stóg Izerski, the mine, and mountain shelters. The easiest way to reach Domek pod Dębem is by car. The property is located along the access road and is the last building on the route. Parking is available on-site exclusively for Guests and hosts. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The keys are handed over in person by the owner upon arrival. There are animals on the estate, so Guests traveling with children or pets are asked to exercise particular caution. Access to the stable and enclosures is only permitted with the owner's consent or in their presence.
