Domek pod Dębem is a cozy, year-round cottage located in Gierczyn, surrounded by the Izera Mountains. The intimate atmosphere, proximity to nature, and peaceful location make it an excellent place for relaxation for couples, families, and anyone looking to escape the daily hustle and actively explore the charms of the region. Domek pod Dębem is a year-round wooden cottage with an area of 35 m², prepared for a stay of up to five Guests. Its intimate character and functional layout create a comfortable space for relaxation both for a weekend and longer stays. The cottage consists of three rooms, including a bedroom, a living room with a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional space is provided by a mezzanine, which gives the interior a unique character. Year-round comfort is ensured by central heating with a thermostat and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen allows for convenient preparation of daily meals. It includes an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a blender. There is also a dining table and wine glasses available on-site. Additionally, Guests can use the oven located in the main building of the farm. The bathroom features a shower. Basic toiletries are provided for Guests, as well as a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a first aid kit. Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage along with a private terrace equipped with garden furniture. They can also enjoy a communal garden, a recreational area, a fire pit, and a large grill located on the farm premises. Use of the fire pit incurs an additional fee. On the property, there is free parking designated for Guests and hosts. A locked room for storing bicycles is also available. Four bicycles can be rented on-site for an additional fee. The property accepts pets. The fee is 35 PLN per pet per night. Firewood for the bonfire is available for an additional fee of 50 PLN. Charcoal for the grill is the responsibility of the guests. For an additional fee, breakfast can be purchased. The cost of meals is 50 PLN per adult and 30 PLN for children aged 4 and up. A local tax of 3 PLN per person per night applies. Domek pod Dębem is located in Gierczyn, in the heart of the Izera Mountains – a region valued by hiking, cycling, and nature lovers. The intimate surroundings promote peaceful relaxation while also serving as an excellent base for discovering the most beautiful corners of the area. The farm is home to horses, goats, rabbits, and birds. Guests can participate in activities with the animals, horseback riding, walks, feeding, and animal therapy. Sports and recreational activities, functional training, dance workshops, and developmental workshops for women are also organized. Numerous hiking and biking trails lead through the area, including towards Stóg Izerski, the mine, and mountain shelters. The best way to reach Domek pod Dębem is by car. The property is located along the access road and is the last building on the route. On-site parking is available exclusively for Guests and hosts. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over personally by the owner upon arrival. There are animals on the farm, so Guests traveling with children or pets are asked to exercise particular caution. Access to the stable and enclosures is only permitted with the consent or in the presence of the owners.
