Our modern barn-style home was built with eco-friendly timber frame technology, ideal for allergy sufferers and health-conscious people. The interiors are decorated in the soothing Japandi style, combining Japanese minimalism with the coziness of Scandinavian design. The air-conditioned living room with a fireplace offers a view of Stóg Izerski, and you can walk directly out onto a spacious 30-square-meter terrace. A second terrace, with an 8-seat dining table, is located next to the kitchen and provides views of greenery, old oak trees and deer grazing in the meadow. An additional attraction is the hot Jacuzzi, which can be accessed directly from the terrace. Welcome to our unique place, which combines modern comfort with proximity to nature! The surrounding area offers an endless array of outdoor activities. The gondola lift to Stóg Izerski operates all year round - in summer it provides access to scenic trekking trails, and in winter to ski slopes. The area is also ideal for bicycle enthusiasts thanks to an extensive network of singletracks and bike paths. You'll also find cross-country trails, two lakes with beaches, and numerous attractions such as Czocha Castle, Frydland Castle, alpacas, a gingerbread workshop and an old mill. Directly below the house begins a beautiful walking path leading to the dam.
