On Lake Janówko, between Wielkie Głęboczek and Wielkie Leźno, lies a place where time flows differently - slower, calmer, according to the rhythm of nature. Here, mornings start with a cup of coffee on the pier, and days pass by swimming, lazily drifting on a SUP board or exploring the lake from a kayak. Evenings, on the other hand, are moments full of flavor - a cheese board and a glass of wine taste best in the company of the setting sun and soothing silence. At the center of this idyll stands the Blue House - a unique space for 13 people, located right on the water, surrounded by forest and a starry sky that is breathtaking at night. Minimalist interiors, the smell of wood and proximity to nature make every stay here an unforgettable experience. It's a place created for those who appreciate freedom and ease, where boredom is a privilege and board games at the communal table can draw you in for hours. The house offers comfortable spaces for relaxation - several bedrooms, including those with double beds and additional sleeping areas, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed. There is also a studio for extra privacy and comfort. The price of your stay includes not only linens, towels and high-speed Internet access, but also a wooden pier, a private beach, water equipment such as a SUP board, kayak and fishing boat, as well as attractions for the youngest - a sandbox and a playground. For lovers of active recreation, there is a badminton court, an outdoor tennis table and a sauna, the cost of which depends on energy consumption. On colder days, you can warm up by the fireplace, for which the first box of wood is free, and subsequent boxes are available for a nominal fee. For gourmets, we have prepared the possibility to order home-cooked meals - fresh dinners delivered on site for 40 zl per person and breakfasts for 25 zl. Just make an order one day in advance to enjoy warm, homemade food without cooking. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of PLN 100 for the entire stay, and a refundable deposit of PLN 500 applies before arrival. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE : For sleeping on the first floor: * 1 bedroom (1.60m bed) for 2 people, * 1 bedroom with 1 bed on the mezzanine (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people and a bed (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people and a folding chair for 1 person * In the living room it is possible to sleep on a large, comfortable sofa bed (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people. The food will be prepared at our hostess's home (same day, fresh) and brought still warm to the guests at the appointed time. Please make reservations about 24 hours before dinner. - BALIA: 800 zl./2 nights including wood. Please inquire about availability even before booking the facility. HOUSE RULES: Before arrival the house rules must be accepted/signed by the tenant of the objekt. The balance of the rent must be paid by bank transfer to the host's account no later than 30 days before arrival.
