Description
Bukowica Miła is a house built out of passion for nature and a peaceful life. It was created by hand, without haste, with attention to every detail and respect for the surrounding landscape. It stands on a forest clearing high on the slope of Tokarnia, in the very heart of the Low Beskids, where the silence is only interrupted by the singing of birds and the rustling of trees. The house has over 100 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. Its characteristic round shape with a central chimney makes the interior warm, cozy, and completely different from typical rental houses. Most of the interiors are finished with wood and natural materials, which helps the house retain its original character. It is a place with a soul, which has been a true home for years, not just an investment created solely for rental purposes. The greatest luxury here is space. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee with a view of the Beskid hills, during the day stroll through your own forest, and in the evening sit by the fire or gaze at the stars in one of the darkest skies in Poland. A new feature is the unique ecological sauna, built around the trunk of an old fir tree and partially integrated into the natural terrain. Inspired by Finnish sauna traditions, it allows for both dry and steam sauna experiences. The interior is filled with the scent of wood, resin, and dried Carpathian herbs, creating a unique atmosphere of closeness to nature. The sauna comfortably accommodates up to four people. Using the sauna requires prior notification, as it is prepared specifically for your stay. The fee is 200 PLN for a 2-hour session or 400 PLN for 24-hour access. If you are looking for a place to truly disconnect from everyday life and relax close to nature, Bukowica Miła will be an excellent choice. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and over 3 hectares of private land, including forest and meadows. You can freely use all rooms, walk through your own forest, relax by the water, and enjoy complete privacy. During your stay, the entire area belongs solely to you. The house is located amidst wild nature, so we ask you to respect the surrounding ecosystem. Upon request, we prepare a small basket of firewood for the fireplace at a price of 60 PLN or a large basket of firewood at a price of 260 PLN. There is private parking for 2 or 3 small cars next to the house. After heavy rains, access to the parking lot may be muddy. In such situations, we recommend leaving your car in the village of Wola Piotrowa. Access to the property should be made only through the villages of Bukowsko and Wola Piotrowa. Please do not choose alternative routes. The last kilometer of the road is in very poor condition. The road is passable, but for vehicles other than off-road, we recommend proceeding very slowly and with particular caution. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – DROUGHT IN THE REGION Due to an exceptionally severe drought that has affected the Bukowica region in recent weeks, there is currently a very low groundwater level. The natural spring that has provided the property with a constant water supply for years and regularly replenished itself has completely dried up this summer. A similar situation is also occurring in many surrounding towns. Due to the current situation, it may happen that during your stay at the property, there will be periods without water, and it will be necessary to transport it. We are making every effort to ensure you have the necessary amount of water, but under the current conditions, we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability. Please take this information into account when making your reservation.
