Sielska Chyża is three cozy houses located on a 58-hectare plot in the picturesque, Lemko village of Rzepedź, on the border of the Bieszczady Mountains and the Low Beskids. Surrounded by vast meadows reminiscent of the Bieszczady pastures and hundreds of hectares of forests, they create a unique place where time flows more slowly. It is a space for tranquility, closeness to nature, and shared moments with family, friends, and four-legged companions. After a day full of exploring the area, guests can enjoy a relaxation area in the clearing – with a hot tub under the open sky and a wood-fired sauna, as well as a brine graduation tower. Here, mornings begin with silence, days smell of the forest, and evenings end under a starry sky. ***** HOUSE FILEK for 12 people Spacious, year-round house with an endless view of the mountains and meadows. Ideal for families or groups of friends. There are places that allow you to slow down from the very first moment. House Filek was created from such a need – to provide space for relaxation, conversations by the fireplace, and mornings with a cup of coffee on the terrace. Natural wood, warm light, and the view of the surrounding clearing make it easier each day to forget about the daily rush. House Filek is our largest year-round house with an area of 160m² designed for the comfortable relaxation of larger families and groups of friends. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a tiled stove and a seating area, as well as a huge table that can accommodate all guests. Here you can prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen and then head to the terrace for morning coffee. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, while the remaining four cozy bedrooms are located on the first floor. Guests have access to a terrace with garden furniture, a fire pit, and barbecue equipment. The house is located near the Halicz Cottage and relaxation corners. ***** Shared RELAXATION AREA in the heart of nature Our SPA area and brine graduation tower in the clearing is a place where you can escape from everyday life and take care of your body and mind. You enjoy it in an intimate atmosphere, surrounded by greenery, birdsong, and stars. How to use the relaxation area? All attractions (sauna, hot tub, and brine graduation tower) are included in the price of the stay. They are located on shared clearings and are available to guests of all three houses. To ensure comfort and privacy, specific time slots are reserved exclusively for the guests of a given house. As part of the stay, guests of each house have daily access to: - 🔥 Wood-fired sauna – one 1.5-hour session. - 💦 Year-round hot tub – one 1.5-hour session. - 🌿 Brine graduation tower – two one-hour sessions. Using the attractions does not incur additional charges. In the case of temporary unavailability of the hot tub or brine graduation tower due to a malfunction, there will be no reduction in the price of the stay or compensation.
